Why do I need a health accountability coach? 

Transforming your life for the better can be a challenging journey, and you shouldn't navigate it alone. Having a supportive cheerleader by your side is a powerful resource for genuine commitment and establishing consistency in adopting a new routine. With 'ONTRACK' coaching, you experience the remarkable impact of knowing someone is actively monitoring your daily choices and having a dedicated support system through simple messages. 

Prioritising something also requires the ability to discuss it openly. Family and friends won't always understand or have time to support you, but that's where I am different. I will be that person in your corner, cheering you on, keeping you on track!

What do you get with Ontrack accountability coaching?

Choose between FOUR or EIGHT or TWELVE weeks of daily fitness accountability coaching, through the exclusive ‘Ontrack program’.  

  • A personal relationship with me as your coach.

  • All day, one to one support (this is not group coaching), that is quick and efficient, via WhatsApp.

How is this different?

The type of workouts or activity you do are not up to me. You decide what exercise you want to do. NOT ME. Work with me and pursue whatever kind of movement/activities you love the most. Power walk every day on the school run, do yoga, weightlifting, dance aerobics, do whatever is most likely to get you up and get you going. It's activity that's important!

I want to help you achieve incredible results, transform your body, master your mindset and create daily routines that work exclusively for you. This won't mean I prescribe you a workout or diet plan (although I can share my personal experience and knowledge).
